Terms

(1) After installation, the Ciluka program (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) behaves like a functionally limited demo version. Through a license key to be purchased, the full functionality of the program is unlocked. We assume no liability for the correctness, completeness, timeliness and accuracy of all learning content offered.

 

(2) The license key can be purchased via the Ciluka website (www.bobedo-tech.com). This is issued personally, passing it on is not permitted. The license key is valid indefinitely for the program version for which it was purchased.

 

(3) The rights to the Program are the sole property of the Author (hereinafter referred to as the “Author”):

(4) Neither by adding, removing nor by modifying files the program may be changed. This also applies to supplied files (e.g. themes, graphics, …), which may not be used in any other form than intended by the program without the author’s consent.

 

(5) Resale, rental or business use of the program is not permitted without the author’s consent.

 

(6) Although the program has been tested to the best of our knowledge before publication, the use is at your own risk. No liability is assumed for damages caused by the program Ciluka (software/hardware errors, data loss, …). For the correctness, completeness, timeliness and accuracy of all offered learning content, we assume no liability.  

 

(7) If you, as a rights holder or its authorized representative, believe that certain content on Ciluka infringes your intellectual property rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks, patents), please contact us via email at info@bobedo-tech.com.

 

(8) Errors in the program can be reported to the author at any time, but there is no obligation to correct them.

 

(9) With the availability of an update, any obligation of the author to support earlier versions expires.

 

(10) Should individual provisions of this license agreement be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the license agreement.
